Hello my name is Ariel Groves, and I am delighted to meet you. As a child I was compassionate for other, unique, artistic, and a little explorer of adventure. As a “Women” those same traits I’ve strategically encompassed within the sacred space of 3rd Simplicity! 

My compassion for others came naturally which led me in the direction of healthcare.Working as a Licensed Practical Nurse for over 10 years, believing I was helping my clients by working hard and following western protocol, but I always felt that something was missing.

That explore trait within me forced me to ask the hard questions! “How did “western medicine” begin? What practices did our ancestors use?  Why are most of our patients so ill and how can I help? Have they tried natural alternatives? As the questions continued, I started my research immediately.

Early 2017, I was confronted with a case of influenza. This flu broke my immune system down badly. I remembered a few herbs I came across during my research. Learning that tinctures are highly concentrated herbal extracts that send healing to the body quickly. It amazed me; to understand that alcohol pulls out the medicinal properties in the plant, concentrating them as a liquid. They have been around for millennia and are a key component of traditional herbal medicine. I was so excited to say the least; to know what I was creating was natural. Giving me the ability to heal myself. After making the initial batch of our Anti-Up tincture and witnessing how effective it was, I just knew I could not keep it a secret.

Since then I’ve been on a journey of in-cooperating alternative ways of healing for chronic and acute elements. Over time, I’ve gained knowledge about the usage of herbs, crystals, yoga along with other alternative techniques to assist one to heal-thy self of common elements that affects us as a community. In doing so I decided to share my creative passion with the world by opening 3rd Simplicity in 2019. I am thrilled to commit my time and energy towards creating natural herbal, holistic, nourishing remedies for the mind, body, and spirit.
